     We don't know if you have a "wall of fame" on which you post your letters of praise, but we just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you what a pleasure it was to do business with you.

     We were so impressed with your facility and the quality of merchandise you carry.  Granted, we only purchased a used pop-up for a few thousand dollars, but it was in remarkable shape.  Your treatment of us made us feel like we were your most valuable clients.  Thank you for making us feel special.

     Since we got it home, we've enjoyed our Jayco pop-up immensely.  It provided us the perfect way to get away following the New York tragedy.  Being close as a family was so important at that time.
